About V&A Tango
V&A have been dancing Argentine tango for over 10 years, learning from the top European and Argentinian dancers & teachers. They started their Tango careers in Moscow, Russia, spent a few years in Kansas City, and are now living & working in Boca Raton, FL as valued teachers in the thriving Florida tango scene.
V&A have a unique approach to Argentine tango. Both Victor and Aksana have an extensive background in dance, teaching ballet and jazz for many years at the leading Russian dance conservatories. From that background they bring a honed eye which sees the subtlest of nuances. Their vast experience working as professional dancers, gives them unique insight into how dance responds and intertwines with music.
V&A’s classes are at once explorations of movement, kinesthetic exercises, and musical/emotional forays, all with a detailed, skilled, and fun approach.
